Talenti’s Sorbettos are uniquely crafted to contain more of the good stuff like fresh fruit to create a rich, smooth, velvety texture – it’s almost hard to believe they’re 100% dairy-free. Sorbetto is the Italian word for sorbet and is 100% dairy-free because it’s made with water, sugar and oftentimes includes fruit, fruit juice and/or fruit puree. Gelato is often lower in fat compared to regular ice cream, as it contains more milk and less cream.
